Crown Head, LBA, CD Series 12V Exchange

Raritan has offered an exchange program for their Crown Head’s since 1968. This exchange program allows the user to swap out their entire lower base for a re-manufactured unit. Because the entire base is still made of bronze it can be extremely expensive to obtain an entirely new lower base.

Raritan “re-cycles” the old lower bases and build’s units from these cleaned and restored lower bases to keep the exchange program going. We do charge a core fee in case we do not receive the old base back and it encourages owners to send them back so that they can be properly prepared for continued use in the exchange program.

The XCM12 is the most common as the original Crown Head in 12V but there are several voltages as well as Crown Head II exchanges available.
